My brothers birthday is coming up and he loves belt buckles! So I heard that Hot Topic had a belt buckle that was also a picture frame that you could wear. Well I%26#039;ve looked everywhere but I can%26#039;t find one. I still would like to find him a belt buckle even if it isn%26#039;t the picture frame one, but a really nice one. Any ideas or help is very much appreciated.
