Have you ever seen that cow, Buckle Up Betsy in the hallmark cards? i was just curious because the actual one is inside my high school because my art teacher made it. copies of it are sold all over the world in hallmark stores and in their cards.....

No, can't say as I have. Sounds like it deals with safety belts, and that beats having a character like, say, Ticket McClickit, for example (not a character as of yet, but you never know...).
