Reply:Yes, I always do. I don't feel comfortable unless I'm wearing it. My uncle ran off the road and hit an embankment and was thrown out of his car through the passenger window and he was driving. He is paralyzed from the waist down. If he had wore his seat belt he would not be in a wheelchair.
Reply:Every time. I even put it on before i start the car! People dont think that they will be in an accident so they dont put it on, but who plans on being in an accident? All it takes is that one time that you dont do it, it could be the last time you had that chance to put it on.
Reply:no because ive been trapped in a camaro and a corvett againt the console twice in two side collisions,,, The airbags kept my face from the windshield on the camaro the vettes window is to far away. I will slide one shoulder through it in case the cops are looking,,
Reply:Since I first put seat belts in the 57 Ford I owned so I could get a permit for the base I was stationed at in 1960 I have always fastened them and insisted that the passengers do also.
Reply:Well for your own safety you should buckle up everytime and I am concerned about safety so I DO buckle up everytime I drive
Reply:You have to, its the law, If you get caught by the police, you'll get fined. Trust me.. I got fined .. Dam cops.

Reply:Absolutely! Coincidentally, my husband and I were hit by a drunk driver this weekend. If our seat belts weren't on, I don't think I would be here to answer your question. You NEVER know when it could save your life!

It's the main habit for me. I never start the engine until I'm buckled up.
Reply:Absolutely! Although I am usually in motion as I buckle, it is a weird feeling not too. Don't get caught dead without it.
